taya09 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. taya09 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, maintenance downtime, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit taya09's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
